1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when creating a workspace account, pairing displays, uploading media assets, or contacting customer support. This includes contact details (such as name and email), billing information, device telemetry (such as screen model, resolution, and IP address for heartbeat diagnostics), and logs of administrative actions.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the UBM SCREEN platform; monitor screen fleet connectivity; process transactions; send technical alerts and security updates; and respond to support inquiries. We strictly isolate multi-tenant customer data and do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.
3. Data Security & Storage
All media files and telemetry data are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement strict role-based access control and tenant isolation across our distributed cloud databases to ensure your assets remain private and secure.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to maintain secure sessions and remember your dashboard preferences. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site advertising trackers on authenticated dashboard services.
5. Your Rights & Data Retention
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to access, export, rectify, or delete your personal data. You can request complete workspace data erasure by contacting privacy@screenhub.com.
